About Me
- Name: Amy
I am experimenting with different techniques of bending, altering, carving and stretching clay forms. I am interested in creating flowing forms that seem to ignore the force of gravity. Currently I am exploring how to make something as hard and heavy as earth and stone capture the essence of living things, architecture and elements. I am learning in a community environment and seeking out solutions and new techniques from international studio and visiting artists. My work is radically changing but it also continues to portray my character, personal style and craftswomanship.
